Stating chair license contract, a Browns fan is suing the National football league

A Cleveland Browns fan prosecuted the National football league and it is teams within the player lockout, declaring it violated his contract to purchase tickets through his personal chair license.




Ken Lanci, a self-made uniform who went unsuccessfully this past year for that top county government job in Cleveland, filed the suit Thursday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
